My latest about Oaxaca at Harper’s Bazaar

My latest about Oaxaca at Harper’s Bazaar! It drives me insane when people complain about “fancy” or “too expensive” Mexican food. Mexican cooking traditions are old, laborious and incredibly sophisticated. If anything, it’s a crime that the food is always expected to be one-note and cheap! Oaxaca is arguably the food capital of Mexico and should be on your radar if you love food and travel.
